Greetings from the Nepal Association of Foreign Employment Agencies (NAFEA)!
It is a privilege to serve as the General Secretary of NAFEA, an organization dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of workers, while promoting ethical standards within the foreign employment sector. Our core mission remains unchanged - to support and safeguard the interests of foreign employment agencies, businesses, and, most importantly, the millions of Nepali workers who contribute to the global workforce.

As we navigate the dynamic landscape of foreign employment, NAFEA remains committed to fostering stronger coordination with government bodies, foreign embassies, and international stakeholders. We aim to create a platform for constructive dialogue, promote transparent and ethical recruitment practices, and advocate for policies that protect the rights of Nepali workers abroad.

Through collective efforts and ongoing collaboration, we strive to build a fairer, safer, and more sustainable environment for foreign employment.
